In-Person or By Phone — Wade Meets You Where You Are

Wade is willing to meet in person, and that is less common than it sounds in this industry. Most Medicare agents today operate entirely by phone or video. Wade keeps in-person appointments available because some conversations — especially around long-term care planning or first-time Medicare enrollment — are easier to have face to face.

If you are in Tucson, Oro Valley, Green Valley, Marana, or the surrounding area and would prefer to sit down in person, that option is available. If a phone call is more convenient, that works just as well.

Frequently Asked Questions About Scheduling With Wade

  • How do I schedule a Medicare appointment with Wade Lashley?

You can call or text Wade directly at 520-873-7015 during business hours, or use the online booking form on this page to select a date and time that works for you. Either method reaches Wade — there is no staff or scheduling service in between.

  • Is there a fee for the initial consultation?

No. The first conversation — and any follow-up conversations — are provided at no cost. Wade is compensated by insurance carriers if a plan is selected, not by charging clients for his time.

  • Can I meet with Wade in person?

Yes. In-person appointments are available at 220 E Wetmore Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705, and Wade is available to meet with clients throughout Pima County. For clients outside the Tucson area, phone consultations are available statewide for long-term care planning.

  • What should I bring to a first appointment?

If you are approaching Medicare for the first time, it helps to have a list of your current medications, the names of any doctors you want to keep, and a general sense of your monthly budget for insurance premiums. If you are reviewing an existing plan, bring your current plan documents if you have them. Wade will guide the rest of the conversation.

  • What if I call and Wade does not answer?

If Wade is with a client, he will not be able to pick up immediately — but he returns all calls the same business day. You can also text the same number or use the online booking form to secure a time without waiting for a callback.
